For sale, an outstanding Püchner Model 23 Compact bassoon. Model 23 Compact bassoons don't often come up for sale second hand and this is a particularly fine example. It is a stunning instrument to look at, and plays with a sweet sound.

This instrument has hardly been played. The first owner was a Püchner Bassoon Artist and specially selected this instrument in 2000. It was played until 2004 and was put in storage almost unused. It was sold by us in 2022 as a second instrument to someone who also owns a Heckel bassoon and used it only a handful of times when the Heckel was being serviced by us.

It is one of the very best examples of the Model 23 we have ever seen, and plays superbly with a big, warm and flexible sound, and accurate intonation.
