Hodge silk contrabassoon swab.
- Suitable for cleaning the metal down pipe on contrabassoons that have a removable tuning slide
- Soft silk
- Dimensions of swab cloth: 100 x 32 cms
- Length of cord plus ball chain: 85 cms
How to use:
1. Remove the tuning slide U bend
2. Drop the ball chain into the crook receiver tube and feed the chain through to the open end where the tuning slide was
3. Carefully pull the swab through the tube
4. Then pull the swab through the U bend of the tuning slide
5. Replace the tuning slide U bend
6. Leave the swab to dry
