We sell bassoons to many customers
who live outside the UK; we've recently sold bassoons to customers
in Africa, Australia, continental Europe and the Middle East.
We'lll make it as easy as possible for
you to buy a bassoon from us. However, here are a few things to consider
if you're interested in one of our bassoons.
- Your bassoon will be insured by us until it is in your possession,
so you don't have to worry about loss or damage on its way to you.
- While we don't offer an Approval Loan scheme outside the UK, we
are happy to refund the cost of the bassoon (excluding postage) if
you decide it isn't right for you and return it to us.
- The prices shown on our web site are inclusive of the UK's VAT tax
(where applicable). If you live in the EU you pay this price unless
you are a company and you supply your company's VAT number equivalent.
If you live outside the EU and we ship directly to you, you will not
have to pay VAT so the price you pay may be less than the price shown
on the web site - please ask for clarification before ordering.
- The cost of shipping your bassoon will be in addition to the price
shown on the web site. Within the EU the cost is often small, but
outside the EU it can be more expensive; please ask and we will be
pleased to quote you.
- The only form of payment we accept for purchases from outside the
UK is direct transfer of funds in pounds sterling. Your bank or a
foreign exchange provider will be able to carry this out for you.
We will ship your bassoon as soon as we have the funds in our bank
account.
- If you live outside the EU there may be import duty and sales tax
to pay on the bassoon's arrival in your country (rates vary from one
country to another). Please bear in mind that our commercial invoice,
used to calculate duty and tax payable, will show the price you paid
for the bassoon including postage.
If you would like any further information, please don't hesitate
to email or phone us.
